Written by Crawford, Jacob Sooter, and Gracie Jacob, and produced by Jacob Sooter, “Living Room Floor” captures Crawford’s signature blend of vulnerable storytelling, country influences, and faith-filled encouragement. The song reflects on the tension between striving and simply being with God, inviting listeners to pause amid the busyness of everyday life.
“I’ve always related to Martha, the one who stays busy, checks off the to-do list, and feels like there’s always something that needs to be done,” says Crawford. “But Jesus reminds us that what He wants most isn’t our productivity or our accomplishments; He simply wants us. That’s actually one of the hardest things for me: to stop striving, sit at His feet, and just be with Him.
