Nashville, TN (June 13, 2025) – RCA Inspiration celebrates 2 nominations for the 40th Annual Stellar Gospel Music Awards, for 2024 releases by DOE and Melvin Crispell, III. DOE garnered a nomination in the category of Contemporary Female Artist of the Year, for her GRAMMY®-winning sophomore album Heart of a Human. Melvin Crispell, III’s GRAMMY®-nominated third release, his EP Covered Vol. 1, garnered a nomination in the category of Recorded Music Packaging of the Year. Separately, Crispell’s featured appearance on another song recording, “Yahweh” by Jason Nelson, was also recognized with Stellar Award nominations for Nelson’s “Yahweh” in the categories of Song of the Year and Praise and Worship Song of the Year.
The 40th Annual Stellar Awards will be taped at the Schermerhorn Symphony Center in Nashville, TN on Saturday, August 16th, 2025.
