NYC-based singer-songwriter Cam Sakkara releases her new album Conquering Eden. The 11-track project discusses the different earthly struggles we face as a result of the fall of Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden. Sakkara tells the story of her experiences with some of these struggles through raw lyrics and soulful production. She sings us through a narrative from trial to triumph, recognizing the realness of these struggles but reminding us that we can conquer them all through the power of Jesus Christ.

Cam Sakkara is a singer-songwriter passionate about writing honest music from a Christian perspective. Also a producer and multi-instrumentalist, she loves experimenting sonically with music ranging from Alternative R&B to Neo-Soul to Acoustic. Telling stories through her lyricism, she invites listeners behind the scenes into the imperfect everyday life of a 21st century Christ follower. She hopes to be an authentic, refreshing voice in music and reach others through her lyrically vulnerable and sonically experimental approach.
